Véronique Marchessault is a highly regarded costume designer celebrated for her exceptional talent in dressing characters in numerous distinguished films and  TV series. Throughout her career, she has contributed as assistant designer and costumer  on acclaimed productions such as The Aviator, Mother, Beau is Afraid, I’m Not There, The Fountain, Moonfall, Deathrace, 300, and many others. Renowned for her ability to deliver outstanding results within any budget, Ms. Marchessault consistently enhances the visual storytelling of each project. Since 2009, Véronique Marchessault has designed costumes for a multitude of TV series and films including The Recruit, Most Wanted, Home Alone, Pieces of a Woman, Witchboard and more.

Born in Montreal, Canada, Véronique’s international upbringing and career have fostered fluency in English and Spanish, with proficiency in Italian in addition to her native French. Her diverse education includes earning an Associate of Arts & Sciences (AAS) degree with honors from Parsons the New School for Design in NYC, and a BA in Fashion Marketing and Design from École Supérieure de Mode de Montréal (UQÀM). She was awarded a prestigious scholarship for Excellence in Costume Design, which facilitated an enriching internship at the renowned costume house Tirelli in Rome, Italy. There, she made significant contributions to the creation of costumes for various Verdi operas, refining her skills and expanding her creative horizons.
